Shipping Policy

Trab El Jnub works with production partners to create and fulfill many of our products. Because many items are made to order, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing & Production

Most orders require approximately 2–7 business days for production before they are shipped. Production times may vary depending on the product, availability, and order volume.

Shipping

Shipping times are separate from production times and vary depending on the destination, product, and fulfillment location. Estimated shipping information will be provided during checkout when available.

Multiple Packages

Products in the same order may be produced at different fulfillment locations. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times. You will not be charged again simply because an order is shipped in multiple packages.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order after the item ships.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at trabeljnub@gmail.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact us at trabeljnub@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, please include clear photos when applicable.
