Return & Exchange Policy

Trab El Jnub is a nonprofit organization, and many of our pieces are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange.

To report an issue, please email trabeljnub@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Size Exchanges

Because apparel is made to order, please review the size guide carefully before purchasing. We generally cannot offer exchanges when an incorrect size was ordered. If you experience a sizing issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be canceled or changed.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
